Sushma who is passionate about entrepreneurship and building a viable eco-system to promote new thinking and an innovation culture, has actively identified, groomed and mentored start-ups in the US and in India.

Talking about her plans, Sushma reveals, there are many things in her bucket list. “In the next 15 years, I hope to make a larger contribution and impact entrepreneurship in women and contribute to leadership skills development and education globally. I am passionate about ‘Leaders and Teachers without Borders’ to build future leaders and to support education across the globe. Right now, it’s all about making ITC Infotech highly relevant to the clients, industry and the parent, ITC in the Digital World!”
